How are you providing treatment during Covid-19 pandemic?

In-person, video, and telephone sessions offered. Enhanced cleaning protocols and safety measures are in place for in-person appointments.

Where are you located?

New location conveniently located in Roncesvalles Village, Toronto south of Bloor Street West. Previously located in the Junction.

What if I want to take public transportation?

My office is a 3 minute walk from the 304 KING, the 306 CARLTON and the 504 KING at the Dundas Street West and Bloor Street West stop with a transit score of 98 and a walk score of 93 out of 100.

Is parking available?

Free parking available behind the office building (near Loblaws). Wheelchair accessible and elevator available. Free bike parking also available on site.

What is the cost for treatment?

The fee is an important element for us to consider and we can discuss the appropriate rate during our initial consultation. I do offer a limited number of sliding scale openings based on demonstrated financial need.  Standard 60 minute appointment begins at $150 plus HST. I accept cash, credit card, debit, and e-transfer as forms of payment.

What is therapy like?

The actual experience of our therapy will be personalized for you and unique to us, but the therapeutic frame is between 60-90 minute sessions on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.

 Do you offer an initial consultation?

I do.  Contact me to set up a 10-15 minute complimentary phone consultation and we can discuss your needs and see if we might be a good fit.

Do you accept insurance?

My services are not covered by OHIP.  I can provide receipts for extended health benefits insurance plans for registered psychotherapy sessions to submit to your provider for reimbursement. If you have extended health benefits, please check what services they provide prior to our first appointment.
